חשוב לציין כי מרגע שאנו שלחנו הוראה לחייב את חשבון הבנק שלכם, אין לנו האפשרות לבטל את הפעולה. לכן, על מנת להשיב את הכספים לחשבון הבנק שלכם יהיה עלינו לפנות אל בית ההשקעות ולשלוח לו מסמכים חתומים על ידכם המפרטים את סיבת הביטול יחד עם החתימה שלכם.

– בקשה להפקדה חד-פעמית שנקלטה בין היום ה-14 לחודש ועד ל-13 לחודש העוקב, חיוב חשבון הבק יהיה ביום ה-15 לחודש העוקב. (במקרה וה-15 הינו יום שישי/שבת, החיוב יבוצע ביום העסקים הבא אחריו).

– בקשה להפקדה חודשית תבוצע ביום ה-11 לאותו החודש (במקרה וה-11 הינו יום שישי/שבת, החיוב יבוצע ביום העסקים הבא אחריו).
